“Great spaces can change how people live, work and thrive.” That conviction, first shaped at Box Office Hub, still guides everything we build at Roomeo.
In December 2012, our founder, Doyin Adewola, launched Box Office Hub, one of Nigeria's early and vibrant coworking spaces.
At a time when coworking was still an emerging concept in Nigeria, Box Office Hub created a different kind of environment for entrepreneurs and businesses to work, connect and grow.
That experience shaped a conviction that continues to influence Roomeo today: great spaces can change how people live, work and thrive.
Years later, that same thinking found a new expression in housing. Through Roomeo, we have helped deliver 36 homes across three development sequences, largely to first-time homeowners, including Nigerians living abroad who trusted us to manage their ownership journey from thousands of miles away.
For some homeowners, that relationship has continued beyond handover through property management and rental support over multiple years. Today, we are taking everything we have learned about housing, property management and community building into our next chapter, developing larger, thoughtfully planned residential communities.
