What does “fully finished and furnished” mean?

It means the apartment comes with completed flooring, ceilings, painting, interior decor, kitchen cabinets, gas cooker, bathroom fittings, beds, sofas, dining sets, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, solar inverters, television/audio devices and other fittings - ready for immediate use or rental.

Can I move in immediately after completion?

Yes. Once the building is completed, you can move in or start using it for rental or Airbnb purposes right away.

Is this model available for residential and commercial purposes?

Yes. Our apartments are ideal for living, Airbnb, or as office/business spaces depending on location and design.

Do you offer customization before delivery?

Yes! Limited customization may be available but this may imply an additional cost depending on your customization order.

What does it mean to pre-order an apartment off-plan?

It means you’re purchasing the apartment before it is built or fully completed, often at a discounted price. This means you will have to make a down payment of a percentage of the worth of the house while you spread the balance payment through the course of delivery.

What are the benefits of buying off-plan?

Lower purchase cost, flexible payment plan, opportunity to choose and customize apartment, and capital appreciation before completion.

How long does it take from pre-order to delivery?

Timelines vary by project but generally range from 12–15months. Each project comes with a detailed delivery timeline.

What happens if construction delays occur?

We communicate transparently with our clients and take steps to ensure on-time delivery, but also have contingency policies in place for unforeseen delays.

What is the payment structure?

Flexible payment plans are available. Typically, a down payment is required at booking, followed by scheduled installments for 6 months, 12 months and 15 months. Clients who make full payment upfront enjoy a discounted price compared to those who opt for installment plans.

Can I get a mortgage or payment plan?

We’re working with financial institutions to offer mortgage options soon. In the meantime, flexible in-house payment plans of 6, 12, and 15 months are available.

Is the pre-order payment refundable?

Depending on the terms of the contract. Some payments may be refundable within a grace period or subject to certain conditions.

Can I list my apartment on Airbnb or other
short-let platforms?

Absolutely. These apartments are optimized for Airbnb and short-term rental income.

Do you help with property management or Airbnb setup?

Yes. We offer property management and Airbnb hosting support, from listing to guest management.

What are the expected rental yields from
these apartments?

Rental income varies by location, but short-let yields can be significantly higher. We provide projected ROI for each project.

Can I live in the apartment part-time and rent
it out at other times?

Yes. Our model allows for flexible use based on your personal or business needs.

Do I get a title document or deed?

Yes. You receive all relevant title documents upon full payment and completion of the apartment.

What type of property title do you provide?

Our titles vary by project location (Deed of Sublease or C of O). The available title for each property is disclosed before purchase.
